Automatically create a request into Landpark Helpdesk starting from the sending of an email.

Landpark HelpMail, an indispensable tool with Landpark Helpdesk:

  • Each received email will be analyzed by Landpark HelpMail and a new request will be created into Landpark Helpdesk according to the elements contained in this one.

  • Those emails received in Landpark Helpdesk can also come from your systems (alarms, ...).

  • If elements necessary to the creation of the request cannot be found in the email, then default values will be used.

  • The default values are configurable using the configuration tool Landpark HelpMail Param.
