Automatically create a request into Landpark Helpdesk starting from the sending of an email.
Landpark HelpMail, an indispensable tool with Landpark Helpdesk:
Each received email will be analyzed by Landpark HelpMail and a new request will be created into Landpark Helpdesk according to the elements contained in this one.
Those emails received in Landpark Helpdesk can also come from your systems (alarms, ...).
If elements necessary to the creation of the request cannot be found in the email, then default values will be used.
The default values are configurable using the configuration tool Landpark HelpMail Param.
